Standing Stone Boerboels!
We have had the pleasure of raising large breed dogs for the last 16 years however we were fortunate to become the property of our very first Boerboel in 2017! From there we were hooked on the Boerboel Breed due to the intelligence, loyalty, athleticism and protection they provide to our family and farm.
At Standing Stone Boerboels, you will see that we have set the bar high and have set our program apart from others by ensuring we are utilizing health testing as a tool to ensure sound health in our offspring. We are very specific on the genetics we utilize in our program and are dead set on particular temperament traits we utilize. Anyone can throw dogs together however we take it so much further by emphasizing sound health, temperaments, phenotype, genotype, and so much more goes into the planning process to bring those desired genetics forward in hopes of contributing to the breed overall.
From day one, our puppies are tested in varying areas in sensory to ensure we are providing you a family member that is confident and easily adaptable to their new environment as well as any environment they may experience later in their life. We take great pride in being your stepping stone throughout the entire life of your puppy in varying areas from health, nutrition, training, continued socializing, etc.
At Standing Stone Boerboels, our dogs maintain routine training, socializing and temperament evaluations to ensure the temperaments of our dogs and puppies are stable and desirable.
Standing Stone Boerboels would not be here without the friendships we have so gratefully built with some of the world's finest Boerboel breeders who have entrusted us with their lines they themselves have worked so hard to build, and preserve. While we would love to take credit for the phenomenal puppies you will see coming from Standing Stone's program, please know that the bloodlines you see attached to the parents of the dogs in our program come from only the finest genetics in the world!
